Macphersons & Sons collects personal information when you send an enquiry, request a viewing or ask about part exchanging a vehicle. That information is used only to respond to you and to manage the sale.

We collect your name, the contact details you give us, and anything you choose to tell us about your vehicle or the car you are interested in. We keep it for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and to meet our record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell your details. We will only send you information about other vehicles if you have separately ticked the box asking us to - you can tell us to stop at any time.
